GuardianPrice is operated by Vernco LLC. We want you to be satisfied with the Service, and there is a free plan so you can evaluate it before paying anything.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal charge.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or contact us at support@guardianprice.app and we will arrange it for you.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the application or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Before you cancel you can export your organization’s data from Settings → Your data.
