Questions people ask before buying
- What counts as an invoice line?
- One row on one supplier invoice, counted when it is imported. Re-running a report or re-checking existing lines does not count again.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Free plan audits 500 invoice lines a month with no card, and you keep the reports whether or not you upgrade.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Yes, at any time from your billing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period and your data stays intact.
- Who handles payment?
- Paddle acts as the merchant of record. They process the payment, issue the invoice and handle sales tax and VAT where it applies.
- What happens if I go over my line limit?
- Imports beyond the limit are held rather than silently dropped, and you are prompted to upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
- What is the difference between Pro Plus and Pro Enterprise?
- Pro Plus raises the monthly line, user and AI limits and puts your messages in a priority support queue. Pro Enterprise raises those limits further, adds SAML/SSO readiness, and routes your messages to a dedicated support inbox with the fastest response targets.
